I did a 3 day tour on Fraser - it's the biggest sand island in the world. Had heaps of fun seeing all the pretty spots and going swimming all day long!

Rainbow beach:
There's not much to do here in Rainbow beach, it's a very small town, but watching the sunset on the Carlo Sandblow was definitely worth it.
